Says Tuku in a message to fans: “Kutsi Kwemoyo is a compilation of pieces I thought made me understand that music is not a feeling you just pass on to the next person but a feeling you actually share equally. Without the listener the feeling stays within you and without the performer the feeling stays away from you.”

The 12-track compilation captures music between 2005 and 2010 from albums including Tsimba Itsoka, Tsivo, Nhava and Dairai.

Some of the tracks selected for Kutsi Kwemoyo are Totutuma, Menzva Kudzimba, Manyemwe, Dama Rinotapira, Wagona Fani, Hope, Meso Piriviri and Handiro Dambudziko.

All the songs written by Oliver Mtukudzi and engineered at Studio Pakare Paye in Norton by Wonder Mukonowenzou, Vusa Moyo, Owen Chimhare and Sam Mtukudzi. Published by Tuku Music. – Shepherd Mutamba / tukumusik.com
