JOHANNESBURG – Tuku and South African international jazz legend Hugh Masekela have held one-to-one talks at the latter’s home here but have not disclosed detail of the meeting.

The musicians met for close to three hours and had lunch together.

Both artistes have shared the stage on several occasions dating back to the 1980s and have undying love for jazz.

Away from direct music Tuku and Masekela share huge interest for the restoration of the African heritage, African cultures and traditions. – tukumusik.com
