Pakare Paye Arts Centre - an arts development academy founded by Oliver Mtukudzi - today launched its Vision statement embodying its mission and values that define and inspire all its work as the Centre continues its lifetime journey in search of pure excellence in the areas of arts and culture development and entertainment.Chairperson of the board of directors of Pakare Paye Arts Centre Nicodimus Manyame said the Vision statement mirrored the Centre’s fundamental principles without which all of its artistic, business and developmental work would only be a pipe dream.
